The player named Ahammad_Robinson advertised some other server today (7/12/2014), admins were afk that time. I've got screen shot as my proof.

btw if he advertise he should be automatically banned by bot for the reason Advertising...

Didn't you see? he used space between the numbers. Like *255 . 255 . 255 :9999*. that's why he didn't get auto banned.
