yeh i meant leavin staff,not MG ma bad :p ...Just like I said no one does demotion for NO REASON...there will be always a reason...Same goes for ban,if u ban a person with no reason high admins take action against taht admin yeh....So no one would demote a person for NO REASON....if u do a demote for no reason 0wners would take a action against the admin u knw...
