What kind of Suggestion you want give: So basically people keep on Shouting

'HACK!'

Or they shout

'HACKER!'

So if they say that the must get auto mute,or make it as whenever they type HACK Or HACKER! Then text won't come and it will say "Use /report Instead of shouting"

we already have it but sometimes it works , sometimes not , but there is no auto mute system.

Instead of muting them better -
If they say Hack/Cheater it should not visible in main chat but only visible to admins
