Suggestion for In game or Forum: In-game
What kind of Suggestion you want give: When a player starts flooding and spamming the main chat, another tool might come in handy for the administrators: a mute function instead of warning. After they mute the player, he/she should not be able to post in the chat and won't bother administrators and other players anymore. The mute could be permanent or just temporary; for a few days, for example.
