^^ P.S Win 7 is much better than Win 8.1 , In Win 7 64Bit Version you get 7-9+ fps in Gta V than in Win 8.1 64Bit. Tried by myself^^ |

that means your system is bullshit not windows xD or your system had a virus ON SAME PC tested by a friend too :'3 Win 7 64Bit gives extra 7-9FPS boost than win 8.1 64bit. on same pc |
