Well are you using the correct IP?

and if yes then restart your modem several times and check it out again.

Some of my friends also has the same problem idk what to do.

I had this problem too long ago.Either its blocked by ISP or its something with game.Try re-installing game and samp etc

I had same problem and i fixed it by contacting the main head of Internet Providers and he sorted it out and it actually worked.
