HDD : 2 TB Seagate Barracuda 7200 RPM
SSD : 64 GB Crucial M4

That's a pretty mean looking machine. You've made a slight mistake while choosing your GPU, though.

You should have chosen the Fury X instead of the 295X2. Because, Fury X supports some newer technologies and it has a particular advantage over the 295X2 - high bandwidth memory. You can look it up online if you want to see why is HBM so much better than GDDR5. The Fury X is also slightly cheaper than the 295X2. So, in addition, you would even save some money if you chose a dual crossfire Fury X setup instead, which has been shown to be able to outperform a two-way Titan X SLI. Needless to say, it's a very powerful setup.

Can't say it's not good as it is, though. It is.

AMD is cheap and isn't bad but nvidia still always the best. It has a good performance . the graphic card is the most important thing that he should care about if he wants a nice PC gamer.
