I only saw you playing sometimes, so I think that you aren't enough active, and you don't even help players, and you don't even socialize with them..

About what you wrotte in your application.. "Why do you want the tag?:i want to be admin, I need to be MG member", what ? You're just appliyng to become admin ? You think that when you get MG tag you will apply directly to admin ? Pff man, you don't even put any motivation on your application or even efforts.
