| -In Game name: s[E]ns[E]i_[kM]-Age: 23-Country: Philippines-Timezone(GMT+1): +8:00-Mapping experience(for how long have you been mapping, what do you have most experience with exterior, interior, etc.): For such as I know, I've been mapping for almost a year, I usually mapped in a Roleplay servers.. and can map an exteriors or interiors...-How long have you been playing on Maximum Gaming's COD ?: Since 2014 I think, but its not that active, cause for some outside of the game reason.. (Office)-For how long can you be online on the server every day?: I think for now, I can be online for 2 to 3 hours per day or in every other day, for some reason like what I've answer above..-Have you ever been warned/kicked/banned by an Administrator? If so, why?: I think kicked, for the reason of base rape.. cause that day when I've been kicked out, I'm a noob that day, and forgot to read the rules.-Tell us a bit about yourself(50 words min):My real name is Jay, I'm from the wonderful country of the philippines, I'm 23 yrs. old and 3rd child in the family. I am working in an advertising company, I am a graphic/lay-out artist and also still studying as a Bachelor of Fine Arts Major in Digital Media Arts, in La Consolacion College Bacolod here in the Philippines and I'm 3rd year student. So that's all I can say about my self, hmmm.. one thing I'm little bit funny when you are my friend, simple, god fearing.. that's all!  -Why would you like to become an Maximum Gaming's COD Mapper?: I think I am suitable with this rank in this server, cause this is what I like to do. Cause I'am a frustrated architecture student, and like to make/design a buildings/houses.
