I wanted to give an idea
  and boring you're playing sniper and see the hunter and you do not have to do wanted to give the idea of you putting the Heatseek (stinger) to use in a class as support or sniper up to buy it above 15,000 points

I had a similar idea but the heatseeking Rpg would only be avaliable to muskteers. Why you may ask ONLY muskteers? well simple because their defense is so bad and already spawn will low health. Imagine a Muskteer scrub going up against a heavy artillery.... It wont end well. If Muskteers were able to buy HS Rpgs for lets say $1 (max 2) they would enjoy the game much more thus increasing the player count, sound good inFUNsio?

+1, ye it's very annoying a hunter comes and blows you.. so the HS should be very expensive to avoid abuses or some derp like that..
