Suggestion: I cant find an clear information about how long i have to archive ban proofs. So my suggestion: When a banned player dont write a banappeal within 2 Weeks (just an example. Choose a time u want but please not a year or somthing like that), Admins can delete the proofs and the Player stays banned then. Idk how the other Staffmates solved that problem but i cant Archive that many proofs.

Yes you can delete your proofs , If they don't appeal under 2 weeks.
