Date of incident: 03.10.2015
Short explanation of events:[kM]Gustavo.Walker (sniper) started base raping noobs on USA. I noticed that he shoots at close range, but no one could catch, even I didn't see him. But I found it and when I brought him into a stalemate, he use tp. And then I knew that it must record.
When he again showed their "ability", I wrote him "Busted!". He was somewhere nearby and shot me, killed, but it hasn't shown in killchat. That's what he wrote in the main chat (Brazil)

That's Obviously G(Passenger)-Teleport(A SAMP Bug) and not an hack.
