Short explanation of events: Come on , I don't even have cleo for gta sa , and i don't have mods installed there , i'm playing stock full version without any type of cheats/mods and you come and ban me hydra ? I'm not sure of that i was at my jetpack with tec9 killing people and my health was decreasing in fact and i was about to get killed by HBK :/
Reason why you should be unbanned: cause i feel that i didn't really use hh

Well , days ago i installed a trainer which give you the ability to get full run and you won't get tired , i relaized it refil my health and armor too but i use it only when i'm not fighting , anyway i'm so sorry that i used this one , i admit that i made a mistake , and i'll try my best to not do it again !
