t know why i can shot other vehical but his hydra is that a hack ???

It was not a vehicle health hacks, As i see in the video his hydra's health was 1989 or something like that, Wasn't a vehicle health hacks.
Maybe it is a mod and i don't have permission to stop players for using mods
