Yes it does , if you choose the right Option, but not the programs which are in OLD Windows Disk, but if you don't choose to delete the old window then those programs stay but Win 10 has its own

There are many tricks to save the old programs though.

Samp is not completely compatible to Windows 10, in-game i'vegot some mouse bugs, keyboard freezing and needs to force shutdown as Notifications in background gives a blackscreen. Just to let u know
