Every time when i opened the samp cilent the server is offline but in website i found its online.

HELP PLZ

I think Server is restricted by Indian Governament.

Just contact your ISP's with server IP and ask them to unblock server

Same happened with Pakistan before 1 month ^

Contact India Telecommunication Authorities and tell them every info.

or Maybe wait for Irish/paul if some problem is with server/host.

Dude your Network Provider has Restricted Server.

COntact them and tell them to unblock or change your ip address.

@Raiden : My Problem was solved by Governament not bi ISP's Razz
