admins can do every thing by players
but players nothing cant do
i think we need to give more respect to players
every month or week players vote in forum for best admin!!
its occur to admins try to be:
more active
more friendly
more helpful
and if we have strong and active admins we will have a stronger community!!
we all know our some admins (just some of them ) arnt active
and we need to chalange them and if an admin be 10 time best admin promote and when an admin 10 time be worst like (not active not friendly) demote
i think accept this idea to make admins stronger and more active

i mean all players vote for all admins in every month
and if an admin got +10 vote from players that admin promote and if an admin got -10 votes he demote a level
i think help to server adminstrators be more friendly and more active
but if its useless i have nothing to say
