Short explanation of events: So yeah, i was flying above our base(australia) when pistolero decided to use a parachute to attack our own base, I literally could see him using his parachute but then he goes hard on me and ban me.
Reason why you should be unbanned: Because I'm not using any illegal cleo such as wall hack and stuff. I seek to be unbanned as soon as possible. This is not the first time pistolero bans me, I think it's something personal against me and him.

About the current ban: are you going for so long thinking that I (or someone else) don't catch you?

I just noticed myself that you dealt an air strike, even on the snipers, who sat at the objects and does not itself issued. Now I understand why you love flying the Hydra, although the air battle you lose.
About parachute: distances were very large, only the sniper could see him (the game's physics - draw distance, 2005 year)
I have other proofs, I can upload them later.

Nice try to justify himself, to give everything in the "personal dislike", etc.
"So noob" - a reflection of reality: battle on ground do you avoid, fight in the air ends with a loss, but in any situation you aspire to get into Hydra and make air strikes.

You are the first one ever to tell me that I use wallhack. Believe it or not, I'm most of the time on the ground. I spend an hour on the air and 2 on the ground the time I am online.
I never said that I saw you from 100 meters away, I was flying above you if you didn't notice.

This is how it looks like, this is not the first time you ban me for such a bullshit reason. First it was for "farm" and second for wall hack, for something I don't use and never will in this server.

I can't really see anything suspicious, both situations are clear. the first one I could see your name tag which looks like this; example. This how the first time I saw you, I was above you and close enough, even the sound can confirm that. Well the second one looks very normal to me as every player has the possibility to see the parachute from such distance.

01:15 - first airstrike near me. Idk how u can to see me. Even when you flew above me, I don't think at this speed and maneuver you still had something to look at in the extreme points of the monitor.
01:29 - second airstrike.
02:21-02:29 - you fly the belly of the aircraft relative to me (to see me), have time to make a turn, rotate the thrust vector and to send missiles in the direction of the hangar, causing the third air strike (where I ran a second ago). The human centipede?!
And in the end the most interesting: after the third strike, you turned the thrust vector that would inflict another blow. But, of course, you saw me in the hangar no more, did not let the rocket deployed the thrust vector and began to fly away.

You're trying to keep me banned for something I don't use, u bring those excuses to keep a innocent player banned, I wasn't expecting that.

Actually i was killed many times when i was inside a garage or something like that by a hydra or hunter. Not a Valid Proof in my opinion

Sorry Pistolero, but were gonna have to unban him as the proofs lack evidence to convict him.

These types of cases are hard to detect, unless you were out in the middle of nowhere as a sniper and he came directly to your position and killed you then we would have strong evidence to convict him but the evidence you provide is not sufficient enough.
