- Why do you want to be an Admin/Moderator :Because I love this server and I want to help STAFF team. Sometimes I see many players Breaking rules and hackers inside the server makes players angry and rage quit because of hacking and no admins are online so I’d like to ban them or punish them Surprised

- How can you help the server being an Administrator : /Ban or Kick (hackers+Cheaters and Breakers)to keep server clean . I can help players to understand the server and if they have any Question .
- Why should we hire you instead of someone else? (Explain in atleast 50 Words): Because I’m active and friendly , I go in-game everyday . Sometimes hackers go ingame and there is no admin to ban them so that’s why I need to become Moderator or admin and I promise that I won’t let you down.

I'll be clear here,

Staff application votes should be professional because we are hiring a individual into our staff team which needs good feed back from our administrators about the applicant. If you use ludicrous reasons such as "has immortal soul" to give a +1, that's totally immature.

I'm going to prepare a list consisting of staff members, who are the only ones allowed to vote on staff application from now on. Giving +1 blindly will not help and will result in hiring a incapable person as a staff, which i don't want it to happen in Maximum Gaming anymore. We've already had enough immature admins in the past, and now we'll move towards hiring only the professional players into staff team.

Just because you're active, never will get you staff position.

Just to let you know, I'm already done with the list and i'll be posting it on announcement board soon.
