these days players just come and play for ranks ...

but when they reach General Of Army Rank ,they will stop playing or for having more fun they use hacks or cleo mods.
my suggestion is about a Medal system players by playing and being active can get their own Medals such as Medal of Honor For having high K/D or etc
players can view Medals list by using /medals or /medallist
and for viewing his own medals he can use /mymedals
and for checking other players Medals he can use /Medals [ID].
and there will be a small box to show who achieved medals Recently.

How about add achievement ... when they get some achievements .. they will get money or score...
The medal... maybe... but what if U have high k/d. and have medal.. but when ur kd drop won't that effect it?

And if U don't want player bored... make a special event... like Halloween.. Christmas.. etc..
At the event.. like Halloween... U go to other people house and shot them or anything..

Achievement/Medal System

+Like Capture 20 zones to unlock Achievement then the Achievement will be increased.
Like, After 20 Zones - 50 Zones - 100 Zones and so on.

+Killing 30 Players to Unlock First Achievement then it goes on like above one ^
30 Players Killed - 100 Killed - 250 Killed - 450 killed and so on.

+Killing Spree Achievements.

+Like Playing on server without /quiting for 3 Consecutive hours and it goes on like ^
->>> 5 Hours - 8 Hours - 12 Hours..

+Stay Alive while playing on server for 1 hour and so on....
like 3 hour - 5 hour - 6 hour...

+Need more? ah am sick of typing xD
