I am 15 years old.

I am from India but I live in Qatar.

-In game score/rank:
My score as of 29 December is 42,384.

- How long have you been a part of the community:
Around three months now on the server and 2 and a half months on the forums.

-At which time your active the most and Specify your Timezone :
From 3am to 10pm[Give or take] (GMT +3:00).

-Did you had previous experience in being an administrator, if so for how long:
No but I have not been an admin in any server. But I have always looked up to them.

-Why do you want to be an Admin/Moderator :
When I first joined this server I decided that I would just play on here without applying for an admin position. But as I played I noticed that there were times (a lot actually, on some days because of m GMT), when there were no admins on the server. During those times hackers take advantage of the players and the only thing the players can do is take screenshots/videos and post them on the forum. I would wish at those times that I could ban the hackers myself but I was helpless. So that is one of the reasons I am applying.

-How can you help the server being an Administrator :
I will try my best to help the server be free of hackers. And not only this standard admin function, but I can also host events, conduct duels and also give challenges and offer rewards to the players so that things will remain interesting on the server. I will try my best to make this server as fun as possible to the players if I am given the oppurtunity.

-Why should we hire you instead of someone else? (Explain in atleast 50 Words):
I feel that I have the necessary conviction and confidence to be an admin. I try to be as reliable and responsible as I can be. I would never even think of abusing the admin powers given to me as some have in the past but I will devote my time in keeping the server safe and hospitable to all players on it. I have many role models in the admin community and I won't let this community down. I am a person of principles and I would never tolerate rulebreakers, whoever they may be. And if you guys decide to hire me, I won't let you down.

-Rate your English Level (1-10) :
I think 10-ish, but everyone has their own opinion.

-Rate your Maturity Level (1-10) , and Explain why you think that :
Around a 8. I think so because though I am only 15 and younger than most admins, I don't become angry easily. I always try to break up fights between players who abuse each other. And I also think that maturity doesn't come withe age but with experience.

-Do you know about the dark side of being a staff member ? State your reasons :
Yes I do. We may be reluctant to ban/kick/warn our friends. And we may abuse our admin powers for our gain etc.

Alright mate listen up,

Do I like your application?
It's not bad.

But in my opinion this doesn't change the fact that I think we dont need more staff to be honest.
Everyone saying like, yeah in my timezone there are many hackers etc, But i have been checking it out, and like 90% of the day, there always where some admins online so yeah.

Anyway, i dont really know what to vote for, if I look application wise I would say +1,
But if I look server wise I gotta say -1

So sorry man, but my decision for now will be a -1.
Dont take it personal please, cuz it's a really good application, havent seen such ones in some time, so good job for that!

First of all thanks for your vote.

But there are times when there are no admins online to keep the hackers in check. I usually see one or two admins online but sometimes there are none login. I am not saying always but sometimes.
And I understand that admins are humans and not BOTS, so they can't be forced to be online all the time.

Patrick is right. Are staff roster is getting out of hand with to many people getting admin theses, in our staff team promotions are happening fast around here and its not what we need right now. I'll be talking to Irish and the co-owners about the staff application section since they are enough admins on our roster already.

For those who gave -1 for Flooding of staffs.
Do you guys really think this?
At night in my timezone there are many admins.
But at Morning And Noon there are not one admin online.
And we only have 55 Admins.
Also we should have 60-65 Admin.
So plz stop giving vote for Flooding of admin Reason.
