Bug description : [Jail Evade]  they evade jail by using special zones commands to evade the jail.
Where it occurred/is happening : when the [rule breaker] get jailed. 
Suggestions/Corrections : asking for co-owners and owner or /scripters to solve this problem before the final update Wink
