What kind of Suggestion you want give:let me suggest adding new models of cars such like admiral and sentinel [not sport cars ofc ]
and locate few cars in los santos and san fierro [atleast few] cause sometime player has problem there without any vehicle and he walks and walks he walks and walks walks and walks ... oh then he quit the game forever
u can say any player can set /kill and etc but newbies dont know the commands and they even dont ask help they just /q

Maybe some vehicles could be scattered throughout San Andreas as I noticed some players tend to travel outside the warzone.
