| A system of warnings, infractions, all forum need it, explication:
Example, the userbar of forum, down of posts, a image with other image, saying the warns
The warnbar maximum is 999, reaching it the account is BAN. Users infractots, useless topics ammount +20 warns.
I can explain it better. |

100% warns = Banned for Week.
If warn perventage is 20% it vanishes in 3 days.
