As Irish already told you VH is Venhicle hack.
This is my proof that you have illegal mods or hacks.
How can you have this much hp for sanchez?It can't be bug.Atleast I never saw this bug for my entire life.

| You clearly see problem here.It's 10000hp of sanchez.Only admin could set this much hp for sanchez.But in that moment only I was online.So this is clear hack.But ok let's see what will other admins says.Keep waiting for more info. |

| Thanks for information guys i figured out what was the problem i used to use heavy car.cs , which gives you the ability to push powerful any car on you face , i used this mod on gta sa single player mod to finish some missions and i thought that it won't work in multi player mode , cause there was no text at the start of the game, the enable hot-key was "H" , so when i was at my team "Australia" spawn point i kept horning till my friend got on that bike , and was not knowing that i was enabling by this way , thanks for reading and i want to tell you something about me that i can't make mistakes twice! Anyway i hope you unban me and don't count it as a ban in my history! |

| Well since you admit your mistake you will got another chance. Try to login your acc has unnbaned(You can say thanks to Darklight he unnban you). So don't use illegal mods or hacks again. Good luck. Btw. everyone can make mistakes twice and more then twice times.It just depends on your power of will.  |
